MEAL SIZE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Heaping Tablespoons of RESTART
- 1 Cup of Water…OR…1/2 Cup of any milk ( dairy, oat, almond, soya, etc ) AND 1/2 Cup of Water.
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup ( OPTIONAL but very nice! )
- 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Cacao )
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Peeled Banana
- 2 Tablespoons of Nuts ( walnuts or pecan nuts )
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put All Ingredients Into Blender
- Blend 30 Seconds and Pour Into Bowl
- Place Into Microwave for 90 seconds ( until hot )
NOTE
- If No Microwave transfer into small pan and place on stove on MEDIUM HEAT. .Stir until desired thickness (approximately 90 seconds )
- TOO MUCH TO EAT? Place leftover into sealed container and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for 3 full days!
